Hi Chris - One thing I noticed when I try to move into silence, is that my mind remembers a lot of things that I need to do. I've learned to keep a pad of paper and pencil nearby. I jot down the errands, grocery items or phone calls I need to make and then quickly return to my silence. Sometimes I write my list before I even get started so I can have some uninterrupted time.
